follow these steps....

1. Go to control panal
2. click on programe.

3. Click Turn Windows features on or off, and the user will see window as image below.

4. Now check the box >NET Framwork 3.5 (include .NET 2.0 and 3.0)
as you check this box window automatically download and install this feature
